From “Get Accredited” to verified APC credits

This is the end‑to‑end flow: partner accreditation → program verification → certificate issuance → public verification → APC portfolio for every attendee.

Procedure overview

Step-by-step accreditation lifecycle

The system uses a hybrid approach (AI review + human audit) to validate partners and programs, then supports verifiable certificates and APC accumulation.

01

Apply to become an accredited partner

Submit your organization details and accountable stakeholders, then complete the required declarations and verification steps for onboarding.

  • What you submit: entity details, stakeholders, quality assurance signals, compliance signals, uploads, signatures.
  • What happens next: initial AI screening + verification emails + final review.
02

Trust screening + verification checks

The application generates an initial TrustScore and triggers verification checks (identity, documents, links, email confirmations) before approval.

  • Tip: complete optional evidence uploads to reduce follow-up and improve review confidence.
  • Failure cases: missing confirmations, unverifiable details, or conflicting disclosures can delay/decline approval.
03

Partner accreditation approval (audit-confirmed)

Once approved, your partner profile becomes eligible to submit programs under your plan/tier rules, and you gain access to manage operations in the portal.

  • Outcome: accredited partner status + ability to submit programs for verification.
  • Ongoing: partners may be monitored and reassessed periodically (including re-accreditation cycles).
04

Submit each program for accreditation

Programs are verified individually because APC credits depend on the program’s type, duration, delivery mode, and assessment design.

  • Typical inputs: program type, hours/duration, schedule, mode (online/offline/hybrid), location, trainer data, syllabus evidence, signatory info.
  • Credit logic: estimated APC/hour can be applied first, then finalized after review.
05

AI verification + human audit (final confirmation)

The hybrid review validates program legitimacy and assigns/locks the APC structure and rules required for certificate issuance.

  • AI looks at: program duration, delivery mode, assessed vs non-assessed, type, learning structure, engagement/impact signals.
  • Human audit may validate: documents, evidence quality, attendance proof, compliance history, and policy claims.
06

Issue certificates to attendees (with APC categories)

After a program is accredited, partners issue certificates with allocated APC credits and a category (A–E) for each attendee.

  • Assessed programs: category can reflect assessment performance (tests/exams/projects).
  • Not-assessed programs: category can be locked/restricted by rules to prevent misuse.
07

Public verification for employers & institutions

Anyone can verify certificate authenticity using the certificate serial number (and the linked identity/email where required).

  • Verification shows: certificate status, program details, credits, and authenticity signals.
  • Fraud control: certificates can be revoked if issued irresponsibly or without valid attendance/evidence.
08

APC accumulation + attendee portfolio

APC credits aggregate by attendee email across multiple programs and partners, forming a single synced portfolio and report for career proof.

  • Outcome: one email → one APC history → one shareable portfolio/report.
  • Value: learners market verified skills; employers can validate claims quickly.

Important integrity rules

Partners must keep issuance aligned with attendance and program rules; audits and monitoring protect the credibility of APC credits and certificates.
